Petit Piano is a 50-key children's piano, manufactured by Klein. Ideal for scoring French-style art films.
Overview
A REAL PIANO, ONLY SMALLER
Petit Piano is a small 50-key children's piano made by the French manufacturer Klein, the only children's piano of this size. It has a real wooden keyboard and a two-string system, so it sounds close to a full-size upright piano and not like a toy - ideal for scoring French-style art films.
Around 859 samples, with 6 velocity layers for the sustain and 6 for the releases, key noises, pedal noises, pedal down resonances and sympathetic resonances.

Features
Big piano features

It is a small piano, but we wanted it as realistic as possible, so it has our top piano features: sympathetic resonances, true pedal action, and accurate release samples for great sounding staccatos.
Key noises, resonances, releases and pedal noises were all recorded, and every one of them has its own volume on the interface.

Volumes
Release Vol: the volume of the release samples
Pedal Vol: the volume of the pedal noises
Keys Vol: the volume of the key-up noises
Pedal Down Vol: the volume of the pedal down resonances
Symp Res Vol: the volume of the sympathetic resonances
True Pedal Action: when on, pressing the pedal while notes are held triggers the pedal down resonance and fades it in smoothly, as on a real piano
Tone, reverb and response
A built-in tone control makes the piano brighter or darker, and the reverb uses high quality impulse responses that you choose from the interface, with full control over its dry and wet levels.
Three MIDI controls adapt it to your keyboard: the dynamics, a velocity curve and a MIDI curve. It also has a sostenuto pedal, on MIDI controller 66 by default.
